When it comes to buying a home the scariest part of it all is typically the beginning when you are trying to answer the question can I get a mortgage. This is the part called mortgage pre approval and it can be nerve racking especially for first time home buyers.
The reality is whether you are buying a home for the first time or the fourth there is a mortgage pre approval process that you have to go through. It can be scary but I believe is the most important step in the home buying process. When you not only answer the question; can I get a mortgage but also how much house can I qualify for you eliminate the scariest part of all and take a lot of the stress from the home buying process.
Today we are going to take an entertaining and informative look at the home buying process of pre approval. By the end you should have a better idea if you can get a mortgage and what goes into getting pre approved. Hopefully then it won't be the scariest part of all.
